A frozen crab bringing you the fresh taste from sea
Rishiri Island located at the northern tip of Hokkaido. Hairy carb will be boiled immediately after harvesting, then will be frozen up in a liquid freezer with -60℃. Just 5 minutes time the boiled carb will be frozen up. Normally crab will be coated with glaze which a protective layer of frozen water that helps preserve the freshness, however this method may cause freezerburn. We vacuum-packed the boiled crab before freezing so as to avoid this problem. This can also help to keep the freshness of the crab.
