HAENUKI Pre-washed rice

HAENUKI is one of the representative brands of Yamagata rice that born in 1992. In the competition arranged by Japan Grain Inspection Association, the brand get A in all aspects in terms of color, scent, flavor, stickiness, softness. The rice is pre-washed so you do not have to go through the trouble of washing. The outer skins of the grains are removed so no rinsing is needed prior to cooking. This process not only make the rice tastier, but also gives the rice a longer storage life.
